ABOUT
About KENOCHA
"Ke" (褻) is an old word for the ordinary days of life, as opposed to festive "hare" days. KENOCHA serves single-farm, single-cultivar Japanese tea as a cup for any ordinary day.
The owner, a certified Japanese tea instructor, sources tea from farms across Japan and brews it one cup at a time. For now we open once or twice a month at PUBLICA in Kitakagaya.
